TezCommerce.pk is a custom ecommerce development agency based in Karachi, Pakistan. We build online stores for Pakistani and international entrepreneurs, including integrations with JazzCash, EasyPaisa, local courier services, and WhatsApp order routing.

Information you give us directly: • Name, business name, phone number, and email address — provided when you fill out our contact form, WhatsApp us, or email us. • Project details — niche, product type, budget, timeline expectations, and any other information you share when enquiring about a build. • Files and assets — logos, images, brand materials, and content you send us during an active project. • Payment information — we do not store card details. Payments are processed via bank transfer or payment gateway; receipts are kept for accounting purposes.

Information collected automatically when you visit our website: • Device and browser type, operating system, approximate location (city/country level), referring URL, and pages visited — collected via analytics tools. • Session duration and interaction data — collected to help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: • Respond to your enquiry and quote your project. • Deliver the agreed services and communicate with you throughout the project. • Send project updates, milestone notifications, and invoices. • Improve our website and service offering based on aggregate analytics data. • Comply with legal obligations (e.g., maintaining financial records).

We do not send marketing emails or newsletters. Any communications from us relate directly to an active enquiry or project. If you are a past client and we reach out with an update or offer, you can opt out at any time by replying to the message or contacting us directly.

4. Cookies & Analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with the site. Google Analytics places cookies on your browser to collect anonymous usage data (pages visited, time on site, device type, approximate location). This data is aggregated and does not personally identify you.

We may also use the Meta Pixel on this website and/or on client stores we build, where analytics tracking is part of the agreed project scope. The Meta Pixel collects similar browsing and event data tied to your Facebook/Instagram account where applicable.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

We share information only in the following limited circumstances: • Service providers: We use third-party tools to deliver our services — including Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Google Analytics, and WhatsApp/Meta (for client store features). These providers receive only the data necessary to perform their function and are bound by their own privacy policies. • Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by a court order, regulatory authority, or other lawful demand under the laws of Pakistan.

Any third-party integrations built into your store (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, PostEx, etc.) are governed by those providers' own privacy policies. We have no control over how they handle data once a user interacts with their systems.

6. Data Retention

We retain your contact and project information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, including any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

• Enquiry data (no project): retained for up to 12 months after last contact, then deleted. • Active project data: retained for the duration of the project plus 3 years thereafter for accounting and dispute resolution purposes. • Analytics data: governed by Google Analytics' standard retention settings (up to 26 months by default).

7. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. These include secure communications (HTTPS), access controls on project files, and use of reputable third-party infrastructure.

No system is completely secure. While we work hard to protect your information, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted over the internet. We will notify you promptly if we become aware of a breach that affects your personal data.

8. International Transfers

Some of the third-party services we use — including Vercel, Supabase, and Google Analytics — may store and process data on servers outside Pakistan, including in the United States or European Union. By using our site or engaging our services, you consent to such transfers. These providers maintain their own data protection frameworks and security certifications.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to: • Access the personal information we hold about you. • Correct any inaccurate or incomplete information. • Request deletion of your personal information (subject to any legal retention obligations). • Withdraw consent for any processing based solely on your consent.

Our website and the stores we build may contain links to third-party websites (payment gateways, courier platforms, social media). These sites have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites.

Our services are not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.
